Jordan Katzenberg has joined Nelson Mullins Riley & Scarborough LLP’s real estate capital markets team in New York as a partner from Winston & Strawn LLP, where he was also a partner.
Katzenberg has 20 years of experience in all facets of commercial real estate finance. He currently represents investment banks, private equity groups and other institutional lenders in the origination, purchase, sale, restructuring, and workout of first mortgage debt and mezzanine loans. He also has significant experience representing lenders in connection with participation, co-lender, and intercreditor arrangements. Additionally, he has advised clients on the acquisition and disposition of office buildings, hotels, and other real estate projects.
