Dean Colucci has joined LeClairRyan as a shareholder on the firm’s Capital Markets team. He will be resident in the national law firm’s Newark, N.J. and New York, N.Y. offices.
Colucci has a broad based corporate finance practice that extends across capital markets, M&A, structured and asset-based finance, and global infrastructure development and finance. Prior to joining LeClairRyan, he was most recently President and Head of Investment Banking at the boutique investment bank, MLV & Co.
As both a banker and a lawyer, Colucci has over 20 years of capital markets and corporate financing experience in creating innovative and efficient financing products and structures for public and private companies to use in funding themselves or their assets. In this regard, he has been involved in over 250 capital markets transactions with a market value at filing of over $15 billion for companies in the technology, life sciences, real estate, energy, transportation, and oil and gas sectors.
Colucci is a graduate of George Mason University School of Law (J.D.), Columbia University School of International and Public Affairs (M.I.A.), and Cornell University College of Arts and Sciences (A.B.). He is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York.
