A premier litigation team of 5 attorneys, all of whom hail from Sokol, Behot & Fiorenzo, have joined Sills Cummis & Gross in its Newark office.
The group is led by Joseph B. Fiorenzo, a former named Partner of Sokol, Behot & Fiorenzo. He will serve as Chair of the Complex Business Litigation Practice Group and Co-Chair of the Litigation Department. He is admitted in both New Jersey and New York. He received his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law–Newark and graduated from Rutgers College. Joining him as Of Counsel is Anthony S. Bocchi, admitted in New Jersey, with a J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and a B.A. from Rutgers College; as Associates, Patrick A. Ascolese, admitted in New Jersey, with a J.D. from Western New England University School of Law and a B.A. from Rowan University; Michael R. Olszak, admitted in New Jersey, with a J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law–Camden and a B.A. from Rutgers College; Steven N. Siegel, admitted in New Jersey and New York, with a J.S.D. from Columbia University School of Law, an LL.M. from New York University School of Law, a J.D. from New York Law School, an M.S. in Urban Planning from Columbia University, and a B.A. from Columbia College.
The team focuses on complex business disputes, including corporate and partnership disputes, complex contract disputes, intellectual property matters, complex insurance coverage issues, land use matters, construction contract disputes and tort liability. The addition of this talented group of attorneys will complement the Firm’s already strong Litigation Department.
