Offit Kurman is pleased to announce today that H. Scott Johnson, Jr. has joined the firm’s offices in Tysons Corner. Mr. Johnson will serve as a Principal-level attorney with the firm’s Commercial Litigation Practice Group.
Mr. Johnson’s practice focuses on representing companies ranging from startups to Fortune 500 companies in complex litigation matters, including business torts, business contracts, real estate disputes, government contracts, premises liability, and insurance defense cases. He also has substantial experience representing businesses in employment disputes in state, federal, and appellate courts, as well as advising clients on executive employment agreements, employment policies, and compliance issues arising under state and federal regulations.
Mr. Johnson joined Offit Kurman shortly after a major expansion for the firm in Tysons Corner. In November, Offit Kurman added 4,000 sq. ft., including 14 new attorney offices, to its location at 8000 Towers Crescent Drive.
