Buchalter Nemer is pleased to announce the addition of Michael Caspino. Mr. Caspino joins the Firm as a Shareholder in the Firm’s Litigation Practice Group in Orange County. A practicing attorney for more than twenty years, Mr. Caspino has successfully taken cases to trial in areas of law that include wrongful death, product liability, construction defects, employment, environmental claims and business disputes.
Additionally, Mr. Caspino has served as General Counsel to the Roman Catholic Diocese of Orange and has extensive experience in advising Roman Catholic Bishops from throughout the country on legal and management issues.
Mr. Caspino is actively involved in several community organizations. He was Co-Chair of the successful campaign to raise $100,000,000 for the acquisition and renovation of the Crystal Cathedral. He is the founding President of the Orange County Canyons Legatus Chapter and serves on the Board of Directors for Serra Catholic School, the largest Catholic elementary school in America. Additionally, Mr. Caspino serves on the Board of Directors for the Obria Healthcare Foundation.
