Bringing more than 25 years of in-depth experience in strategic M&A and private equity transactions, Khoa’s practice encompasses a broad spectrum of deal activity, including midmarket to large-scale acquisitions and dispositions, cross-border transactions, spinoffs, and strategic mergers. His impressive track record includes executing hundreds of M&A deals with an aggregate value in the billions, providing invaluable insight to clients across industries such as software, cybersecurity, fintech, semiconductors, and sports and entertainment.
