International law firm Ashurst announces the appointment of partner Muriel Pariente to lead the firm’s employment practice in Paris. Muriel joins the firm from Hogan Lovells and has 23 years of experience in employment and benefits law.
Muriel will be joined by associates Laura Berdugo Donnersberg and Jordan Cohen.
Muriel advises French and international corporates on a wide range of employment matters including the implementation of redundancy plans, individual dismissals, relations with employee representative bodies and trade unions, negotiation of collective agreements and TUPE rules. Muriel is also recognised for her expertise in litigation and regularly represents clients before labour courts, civil courts and administrative tribunals.
