Frédéric focuses on acquisitions and the sale of listed and unlisted companies on behalf of both French and international clients. He also has significant experience in joint ventures, tender offers and corporate governance matters. His arrival will enhance BCLP’s existing and growing mid-market M&A practice, a key strand of the firm’s national and global strategy. Jungels comes to BCLP from Allen & Overy LLP in Paris.
“BCLP is a fast-growing firm in France, and joining this adventure is a challenge that I am very excited to be part of. The broad range of practice coverage in the Paris office (real estate, competition, tax, employment, restructuring, financing) supported by experienced and industry-recognized partners is essential for my practice. The firm’s mid-cap positioning combined with its international reach is perfectly aligned with the needs of my clients,” Frédéric said.
He also has been involved in numerous M&A transactions in the real estate sector. It is an industry in which he has a deep and comprehensive understanding and significant experience. In addition, he has advised on deals in the health and new technology sectors working for clients both nationally and internationally.
“Frédéric’s arrival is in line with the firm’s global growth strategy which has been implemented in the Paris office: to build strong teams in mid-market mergers and acquisitions, in the real estate industry and in litigation and investigations. Our reputation in the real estate industry in France and abroad, combined with our strengthened corporate offering with Frédéric’s appointment and the M&A experience he brings, will enable us to offer additional services to both existing and new clients and strengthen our position in the French legal market,” Co-Managing Partner Olivier Mesmin added.
