Dentons Welcomes Loïc Lemercier to Lead the Intellectual Property Practice in Paris

Paris-Global law firm Dentons has recruited Loïc Lemercier as a partner and Head of the Intellectual Property and Technology practice in Paris. He was previously Head of the Intellectual Property practice of Clifford Chance as Counsel.

Loïc Lemercier focuses on patent litigation and all areas of intellectual property and know-how. For more than 10 years, he has advised clients in the pharmaceutical and telecom sectors on strategic legal developments related to patent infringement and/or nullity actions, unfair competition, and FRAND licenses. 

He holds a Master 2 in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Paris XII in 2008. He is also a lecturer in intellectual property law at the Paris Bar School (EFB). He is recognized as a Rising Star in Managing Intellectual Property’s IP Stars ranking of 2020-2021.
