Herbert Smith Freehills, the international law firm, has announced that Anne Petitjean will be joining the firm’s Real Estate team as a partner. Anne Petitjean will work closely with David Lacaze and the Real Estate team as well as the Project and Finance teams on the regulatory, environmental, and public law aspects of the practice.
Anne specialises in planning and development law – in particular, in proposed developments of shopping centres and other types of property, including industrial sites, offices, hotels and residential assets. Anne also has considerable experience with the establishment of solar and wind power projects. She advises both French and foreign investment funds, and institutional investors and developers on acquisitions of real property portfolios, investments and project management.
