Goodwin, a leading Global 50 law firm, announced today that Arnaud Fromion and Frédéric Guilloux will be joining the firm’s Private Equity Practice in the Paris office as partners in mid-October, together with counsel Adrien Paturaud and several associates. This group comes to Goodwin from Shearman & Sterling LLP.
The team specializes in acquisition finance and corporate finance, acting for both lenders and borrowers, and private equity sponsors. They have represented numerous financial institutions, banks, private debt funds and borrowers on a broad range of leveraged finance transactions, including unirate bond financings. The team also acts for lenders and borrowers on large corporate, “crossover” and telecom financings.

The team specializes in M&A, leveraged buyouts, private equity and public-to-private transactions for French and foreign private equity funds.
