“McDermott’s DNA, its trajectory over the last 10 years, its ambitions and vision, fit strongly with my professional direction. The firm’s sophisticated approach to litigation, its strong existing team and their specialised litigation skill in areas including employment, tax, intellectual property and public projects, are real assets. I am delighted to join the firm which is made up of lawyers who are as talented as they are engaging, some of whom I have known for more than 20 years”, says Nicolas Faguer.
