International law firm McDermott Will & Emery continues to expand its corporate M&A and private equity team with the arrival of Guillaume Kellner as partner. Since 2011, Guillaume Kellner served as a partner and head of the Corporate Department of Paul Hastings.

Guillaume’s practice focuses on corporate, M&A – listed and unlisted – and private equity. He possesses significant experience in the regulated sectors, particularly in Healthcare, acts on behalf of numerous funds and industrial groups and is particularly active in the infrastructure sector. Guillaume recently advised EQT on the acquisition of Colisée and Antin Infrastructure on the sale of Inicea to Korian. Guillaume is also very active with the French and foreign industrial groups that he advises in their developmental operations.

Admitted to the Paris Bar since 1997, Guillaume Kellner holds a Master’s degree in Business Law and Taxation, a DESS degree in Business Law and Taxation and the Diplôme de Juriste Conseil des Entreprises (DJCE)/Certificate in Company Law Specialization from the University of Strasbourg.
Guillaume is recognized as one of the market leaders in corporate M&A and private equity by the guides Chambers Global and Chambers Europe (2020), Legal 500 Paris, IFLR1000 and Décideurs, as well as by his peers in the Best Lawyers guide.
