An accomplished practitioner, Bigot’s practice focuses on advising investors, shareholders, and distressed companies on a variety of complex financial restructurings and insolvency proceedings. Bigot joins the firm from Willkie Farr & Gallagher’s Paris office.

Reed Smith Continues Significant Growth of EME Corporate Practice With Seventh Partner Hire This Year

Ledoux is the seventh corporate partner hire in Europe and the Middle East this year following the firm’s ambitious growth involving the launch of a new office in Brussels and expansion of the team in London.

Prior to joining K&L Gates as partner in 2014, Ledoux served as counsel in the Paris office of Allen & Overy.
