Mayer Brown today announced the arrival of Alexandre Poupard, who joins the firm’s Real Estate practice in Paris as a partner. Alexandre, who was formerly a partner at Dentons, joins with a team of two associates.
Mr. Poupard has more than 15 years of experience advising French and international institutional investors on their investment transactions, including the acquisition and disposal of assets, real estate portfolios and companies with underlying real estate assets. He also advises on the structure of real estate funds, the development and management of property assets, and joint ventures, particularly those between investors and property developers.
