Shearman & Sterling is pleased to announce that Thomas Philippe has joined the firm as a Mergers & Acquisitions partner in Paris. Prior to joining Shearman & Sterling Thomas was a partner at Mayer Brown.
Thomas specializes in private equity, advising financial sponsors on all aspects of their investment activities as well as their portfolio companies. He is particularly experienced in leveraged buyout transactions.
