International law firm Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP announced today that Benjamin de Blegiers will join the Firm as a Private Equity/M&A partner. Mr. de Blegiers is a recognized leader in the infrastructure sector advising infrastructure funds, pension plans, insurance companies and other long-term investors on their most challenging infrastructure transactions. Mr. de Blegiers will be based in Weil’s Paris office. Benjamin de Blegiers will join Weil from Clifford Chance where he is a partner in the Paris office.

Benjamin de Blegiers will join Weil from Clifford Chance where he is a partner in the Paris office. His practice focuses on Private Equity and M&A transactions, with a particular emphasis on transactions involving infrastructure assets.
