In respect of the Francophone world, recent large mandates include acting for lenders on the €825.5 million refinancing of the French A65 motorway concession and advising ECP/Eranove on the financing, construction and operation of a new 350MW cogeneration power plant located in Bakré near Abidjan (Côte d’Ivoire),” said White & Case partner Caroline Miller Smith, Regional Section Head, EMEA Energy, Infrastructure, Projects & Asset Finance. “Jean-Luc and Amaury will enhance the Global Project Development & Finance Practice as well as support its expansion into growing areas, such as finance support for infrastructure M&A, which has already been successfully developed in London and New York.”
