Cozen O’Connor is pleased to welcome Melinda Rudolph to the firm as a member. Rudolph joins the firm’s Corporate Practice Group and is resident in the Philadelphia office.
Rudolph joins Cozen O’Connor from Reed Smith, where she handled domestic and multinational life sciences transactions as a member of the Life Sciences Health Industry Group. At Cozen O’Connor, she will continue to advise life science companies and service providers on commercial and operational issues, with a concentration in technology licensing and transactions.

Rudolph has represented companies in both private practice and as in-house counsel and has recently represented a clinical logistics services company in multinational pharmaceutical manufacturing, packaging and distribution services agreements, a pharmaceutical company in negotiations regarding in-licensing of biologic material and a start-up pharmaceutical company regarding license of technology platform. She has also served as general counsel of a publicly traded biotechnology company.

Cozen O’Connor has expanded its offerings in the life science industry serving clients ranging from startups to global pharmaceutical companies, as well as venture capital and private equity firms focused on the life sciences industry.
