Sid has over 30 years’ experience in Labor and Employment, practicing primarily in the healthcare, education, manufacturing and retail sectors. His experience ranges from defending large wage and hour and race discrimination class actions to cutting-edge single-plaintiff discrimination claims across the country. He has also argued novel issues before appeals courts throughout the country and is presently defending multiple medical marijuana cases in both state and federal court.
From 2016-2018, Sid was Chair of the Employment and Labor Law committee of DRI. DRI’s Employment and Labor Law committee is the largest employment law defense organization in the country. He is also the monthly employment law columnist for The Legal Intelligencer.
David joins the Firm’s national employment practice from the Pittsburgh office of Post & Schell, where he was a member of the Labor & Employment and Wage & Hour Practice Groups. David has a decade of experience in Labor & Employment and Wage & Hour matters across all industries, including in the retail, energy, hospitality, construction, manufacturing, oil & gas, financial services, and healthcare sectors.
David also serves on the Steering Committees for the Labor and Employment and Young Lawyers Sections of DRI.
