FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce Todd W. Martin has joined the Firm as a partner. He joins from Stinson, LLP, where he was a partner.
Todd joins the Firm’s Corporate department and the Insurance, M&A, Employee Benefits, and Corporate Governance practices. He has significant experience advising clients on insurance regulation matters, transactions and governance, administrative law, and employee benefits.
Todd has previously worked in the corporate law division of a Fortune 500 insurer and advises insurers, third-party administrators, employers, and insurance brokers on key insurance corporate and regulatory issues. Additionally, he advises clients on health and welfare benefits regulation, counsels insurance companies on corporate transactions, and advises on state and federal insurance compliance and regulatory issues.
Todd began practicing law in 1995. He received his B.B.A. from Wisconsin Lutheran College and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin.
