Goldberg Segalla added partner Carianne P. Torrissi to the law firm’s Employment and Labor Practice Group in Philadelphia.
Ms. Torrissi focuses her practice on labor and employment dispute defense. She has overseen matters involving all aspects of employment including discrimination, wrongful termination, breach of contract, unemployment compensation, ADA and disability claims, union grievances, and collective bargaining negotiations. Ms. Torrissi has appeared before state and federal courts in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey, and has represented clients before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. She has also drafted company policies, employee handbooks and manuals, employment agreements, and termination paperwork.
