Goldberg Segalla Welcomes Christina L. Capobianco

Goldberg Segalla added partner Christina L. Capobianco to the firm’s General Liability Practice Group in Philadelphia.

Capobianco is a trial-tested attorney whose practice encompasses a wide range of civil litigation, including trucking, general insurance coverage, bad faith claims, and commercial litigation arising from business disputes, as well as premises, products, and professional liability matters. Her reputation for defending regional and national businesses and insurers in diverse civil litigation matters rests on a record of successful trials, arbitrations, and mediations, and an approach to defense strategy that is assertive, versatile, and marked by meticulous discovery and evidence-gathering.

In addition to her primary legal practice, Capobianco is an arbitrator in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas Arbitration program.

Prior to entering private practice, Christina served as a law clerk to the Hon. Thomas A. Brown, Jr. in the Camden County New Jersey Superior Court and served as a legal intern to the Hon. Theodore McKee in the U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals. She graduated cum laude from Rutgers-Camden School of Law in 2004.
