The national law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP announced that Randy J. Aoyama has joined the firm as partner and Bradley H. Logan has joined the firm as an associate, both resident in the Firm’s Phoenix, AZ office.
Mr. Aoyama will continue to focus his practice on business litigation, commercial disputes, product liability and personal injury litigation. He was formerly a shareholder at Renaud Cook Drury Mesaros, PA.

Mr. Aoyama is an active member of the legal community. He is a member of the State Bar of Arizona; member, and former President, of the Arizona Asian American Bar Association; member of the Steering Committee for the ALFA International Product Liability Practice Group; and chair of the Judge Thomas Tang Writing Committee.

Mr. Logan focuses his practice in business and commercial transactions. His clients cover many industries, and he counsels and advises on a wide variety of matters, including advertising, antitrust and competition, banking, business ethics, compliance, construction, contracts, dispute avoidance and resolution, distribution and franchising, employment, environmental, matters involving the Federal Trade Commission, corporate governance, intellectual property and complex negotiations. Prior to joining Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, Mr. Logan was in-house counsel to a commercial construction company. He is a Designated Broker, licensed by the Arizona Department of Real Estate. He also holds a KB-21 General Contractor License and a K-11 Electrical License from the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
Mr. Aoyama earned his J.D. and B.A. from the University of Washington. Mr. Logan earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona College Of Law and his B.B.A., Northern Arizona University.
