The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that Leonardo Loo has joined the Firm’s Phoenix office as a partner in the Corporate Services and China Law Groups.
“We are pleased to welcome Leonardo Loo to Quarles & Brady,” said Jacque Westling, who heads the Firm’s Phoenix Office Corporate Services Group. “His knowledge and legal experience, along with his involvement in many Arizona business-oriented organizations and international experience, will strengthen the services we provide to our growing number of corporate and commercial clients.”
Mr. Loo practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, international transactions, securities, financing, and general corporate law involving clients in a wide variety of industries. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations including Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc., Maricopa Community Colleges Foundation, Arizona Asian American Bar Association, HALO/Helping Animals Live On, Inc., and the Greater Phoenix Black Chamber of Commerce.
He has received various honors throughout his career, including being selected for inclusion as a “Forty Under 40” honoree by The Business Journal.
He earned his law degree from the University Chicago and his bachelor’s degree from Stanford University.
