The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP announced that David L. Johnson has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group.
Johnson’s practice focuses on complex real estate acquisitions, development, financing, leasing, management and dispositions. He also represents clients in distressed property situations such as loan work-outs, foreclosures and deeds in lieu. His clients range from entrepreneurs and small businesses to well-established national companies. Johnson is also a member of the State Bar of Arizona’s Business Law and Real Property Sections, the State Bar of Arizona’s Real Estate Transactions Forms Publication Editorial Committee, and is a licensed real estate broker in Arizona.
He earned his law degree, cum laude, and master’s degree, with honors, from Brigham Young University and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from Arizona State University.
