Phoenix-Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, today announces that Linda R. Parkis joins as a partner in the Corporate practice. She serves a wide range of clients, including insurance companies, equity investors, real estate developers, charter schools, hospitals and builders with their corporate and real estate needs. She is resident in the Firm’s Phoenix office. Ms. Parkis comes to Dentons from Lewis Roca Rothgerber Christie LLP.
Parkis represents borrowers, institutional lenders and equity providers in a variety of financing and joint venture transactions. In addition, she assists clients with a range of additional services in transactions involving the acquisition, leasing, disposition, development and financing of improved and unimproved property.

Prior to entering private practice, Parkis was a law clerk for the US District Court for the District of Arizona in Phoenix. She earned her JD from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, where she was articles editor and staffer for the Southern California Law Review. She holds a BS from Arizona State University. Active in her community, Parkis served on the boards and in leadership positions at the Arizona Humane Society and the Parents Education Network.
