The national law firm of Quarles & Brady LLP today announced that W. Scott Jenkins, Jr. has joined the firm’s Phoenix office as a partner in its Restructuring, Bankruptcy & Creditor’s Rights Practice Group.
Jenkins serves as a legal advisor to over a dozen national, regional, and community banks, and helps financial institutions with real estate and commercial loan restructuring and workouts, loan and guaranty enforcement actions, judicial and non-judicial foreclosures, and receiverships and commercial bankruptcies.
Jenkins is an AV-rated attorney by Martindale-Hubbell and is also recognized in Best Lawyers in America and Southwest Super Lawyers. Scott is a board member with Junior Achievement of Arizona and a committee member with the Fiesta Bowl. He also participates in the Volunteer Lawyers Program of Maricopa County and has been recognized as a Top 50 Pro Bono Attorney by the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services & Education.
He received his law degree, cum laude, from Gonzaga University School of Law and his bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.
