Ritchie advises individuals and families in all aspects of estate and tax planning and administration, including income, gift, estate and generation-skipping tax planning, trust and estate administration, planning for families with children with disabilities, and charitable giving. Ritchie also assists clients with philanthropic planning through the creation and operation of nonprofit organizations, including family foundations.

Prior to her time in Boston, she was a law clerk for the Hon. Norma L. Shapiro (deceased) of the U.S. District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia.
