Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, announces that Frank Marano has joined the Firm’s Tax group as a shareholder in the Pittsburgh office. Marano perviously worked as manager of International Tax and Transaction Services at EY.
Marano focuses his practice on corporate, partnership and business tax planning, as well as tax controversies. He is experienced in advising clients on tax matters associated with their operations and transactions, including mergers, divestitures, acquisitions and integrations, as well as domestic and international internal restructurings.
