Frost Brown Todd (FBT) is growing its national Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice with the addition of Members Jordan Blask and Jillian Nolan Snider to the firm’s Pittsburgh office. Blask and Snider previously practiced together at Tucker Arensberg where Blask founded and chaired the firm’s Corporate Risk Assessment Team. Snider has experience working at boutique bankruptcy and creditor’s rights law firms as well as one of the largest title insurance groups in the U.S.
“Jordan’s multi-state restructuring and transactional practice, combined with Jillian’s extensive Chapter 5 litigation experience will greatly enhance FBT’s bankruptcy and restructuring practice,” said practice group leader Doug Lutz. “We have worked with Jordan on bankruptcy engagements for several years and have respected both his and Jillian’s practices. Their work encompasses everything from the automotive, manufacturing, and financial industries, to family client work. As our client base continues to increase, both will be an integral part of that work.”
The addition of Blask and Snider to the Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice comes as FBT has expanded its practice and obtained significant new national engagements in the past several months, including the official committee of unsecured creditors appointed in the Stein Mart Stores and RGN-Group Holdings chapter 11 bankruptcy cases in Florida and Delaware.
Blask is a Super Lawyers Rising Star and a Best Lawyer in America. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New York and New Jersey. Snider is fluent in Spanish, a Super Lawyers Pennsylvania Rising Star and graduate of Duquesne University School of Law.
