Lewis Brisbois is pleased to welcome Bradley Krupicka to its Portland, Oregon office as a partner in its Labor & Employment Practice. Mr. Krupicka joins Lewis Brisbois from Littler, where he advised and represented employers in a wide array of labor and employment matters arising under federal and state laws. An experienced litigator, Mr. Krupicka is well-versed in handling cases involving discrimination and harassment allegations, wage and hour disputes, and other employment issues. He also advises employers about hiring, performance management, operational, compliance, and termination issues.
Earlier in his career, Mr. Krupicka worked as a litigator at regional law firms, focusing on matters across various areas of law, in both trial and appellate courts.

Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Krupicka is active in several bar and community organizations, has served on various pro bono committees, and was recently named to The Best Lawyers in America’s© 2021 Ones to Watch list. He is also a fourth-generation firefighter. A graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, Mr. Krupicka earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon. He is admitted to practice in Oregon and Washington.
