Row, well known throughout the industry, brings over 16 years of experience representing commercial policyholders, including banks, manufacturers, developers, and public entities, in litigation and negotiation of insurance disputes. He is a frequent author and speaker and is the founder and editor of The Northwest Policyholder, a blog that covers insurance coverage legal issues in the Pacific Northwest.
Before joining Miller Nash Graham & Dunn, Row was a partner of Parsons Farnell & Grein LLP, and was a litigation associate at an international law firm and a regional firm. He started his career as a law clerk to a federal trial judge and in the counsel’s office of a federal agency in Washington, D.C. He is currently ascending the leadership ranks of the American Bar Association Section of Litigation, and has provided pro bono legal services to local housing organizations and immigration groups, among others. Row, licensed in Oregon and Washington, earned his bachelor’s degree at Yale University before receiving his law degree from Georgetown University Law Center.
