Global law firm Dentons has recruited Rainer Frank as a partner to establish and lead the Czech-German collaboration group in Prague. In this new role, he will strengthen the Firm’s offering to German-speaking clients operating in the Czech Republic, in close cooperation with Dentons’ offices in Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich and Dusseldorf. He joins from Kocian Solc Balastik, where he was a counsel.
Rainer Frank brings more than 25 years of experience in restructuring, banking and finance, and real estate law. He advises German-speaking clients, as well as domestic subsidiaries of German or Austrian-based groups, operating primarily in the financial sector. Prior to that he served at various Czech and international law firms.
A native German, he is dual qualified and a member of both the Czech and German Bar Associations. He speaks German, Czech and English.
