FisherBroyles Welcomes Michael Weiner in Princeton

FisherBroyles, LLP is pleased to announce Michael Weiner has joined the Firm in Princeton. Michael joins FisherBroyles’ Corporate Practice from Fox Rothschild LLP, where he was a Partner.

For over 40 years, he has represented clients ranging from sole proprietorships to publicly held corporations in many industries – pursuing transactions including M&A, divestitures, joint ventures and commercial arrangements.

With a particular focus on M&A, Michael has represented both buyers and sellers (strategic and financial, including independent sponsors) in many platform and add-on transactions. He has also participated in a number of transactions in online gaming, particularly internet access agreements between holders of casino licenses and providers of online gaming platforms.

Michael was previously a Partner with Pepper Hamilton LLP and Counsel to Reed Smith LLP. He holds a J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and an A.B. from Colgate University. In 2002, Michael was selected to the “Top Deal Maker” list by Business News New Jersey.
