Transactional Partner Mike McCann Joins Troutman Sanders’ Corporate Practice in Richmond

Mike McCann, a veteran transactional attorney known for his expertise in mergers and acquisitions and joint venture arrangements, has joined the Corporate practice of Troutman Sanders LLP in Richmond. McCann was previously a partner at Hunton Andrews Kurth LLP.

McCann represents public and private companies in connection with mergers and acquisitions, joint venture arrangements, public and private securities offerings, corporate governance issues and general commercial matters. His clients span diverse industries, with recent matters involving clients in the areas of energy, financial services, real estate and retail and consumer products.
