Roberta Moscaroli has joined Dentons as a partner in the Tax practice in Italy. She will be based in the Rome office. A chartered accountant and auditor, she comes from DLA Piper, where she worked in the Tax department since 2012.
Moscaroli will advise clients on corporate and international tax matters, including tax planning, structuring and transfer pricing. In particular, she has significant experience in assisting groups, financial institutions and investment funds in relation to the tax structuring of M&A, real estate, banking and private equity transactions.
Along with the new partner, chartered accountant and auditor Federico D’Amelio has joined as a Tax associate in Rome. He was previously a tax advisor at Clifford Chance.
With these two hires, Dentons continues its expansion in Rome. The office, which opened last July, now counts 13 professionals. Dentons now has 63 professionals in Italy.
