Holland & Hart announced the addition of partner Mickell Jimenez to its Labor and Employment practice in its Salt Lake City office. Jimenez brings extensive experience serving as outside counsel to business owners on a wide range of employment and litigation issues that can impact an enterprise. Before joining Holland & Hart, Jimenez was a Director and Shareholder at Clyde Snow, where she was recently a member of the firm’s Management Committee and co-chair of the Labor & Employment group.
“Mickell brings positive energy and a fresh perspective to every interaction–with clients, team members, and even opposing counsel. Clients value her ability to provide business-savvy, strategic guidance to their legal and operational issues,” said Bryan Benard, the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group Leader. “We look forward to collaborating with Mickell and having her join our thriving team, which enhances the strategic employment law and civil litigation services we provide our clients.”
Jimenez provides up-front guidance to help position businesses to effectively mitigate risk. When disputes arise, she draws on her substantial experience in state and federal court to defend clients in litigation, administrative and regulatory hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums. Jimenez brings 20+ years of experience serving as outside General Counsel to Cafe Rio, Inc. to effectively help start-ups manage the challenges and opportunities facing nascent businesses, particularly in the food and beverage industry.
“I am excited to offer my clients access to a full-service platform of talented, trusted, sophisticated lawyers at Holland & Hart,” said Jimenez. “I look forward to collaborating with our teams in Utah and across the firm to deliver strategic business and legal services in partnership with our clients.”
