National law firm Wilson Elser announced today that Beth Golub has joined the firm’s San Diego office as a partner. Before joining Wilson Elser, Golub was a senior counsel at a top-tier, mid-size civil litigation firm. She also was a partner at a regional California firm with offices located throughout the state.
Golub serves as litigation counsel for a global technology company, handling its complex tort and general liability matters in San Diego, Orange County and Los Angeles. Her experience also encompasses medical malpractice defense and general liability, construction accident and catastrophic loss matter.
A skilled attorney, Golub has taken eight cases to trial, resulting in defense verdicts or awards lower than offers made before trial via the California Code of Civil Procedure §998. She also serves as a mediator and arbitrator, and partially attributes her keen ability to favorably resolve her cases on the skills she honed in these roles.
“Beth is a creative problem solver and negotiator,” explained Patrick Kearns, regional managing partner of Wilson Elser’s San Diego office. “She is a true asset to her clients and will be a reliable resource for her Wilson Elser colleagues and other firm clients.”
Golub graduated magna cum laude with her B.A. degree from the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities (1982) and earned her J.D. degree at the University of San Diego School of Law (1985).
