Hahn Loeser’s San Diego Office Adds Labor & Employment Experience with Addition of Partner Brent M. Douglas

Hahn Loeser & Parks LLP continues to grow its presence in San Diego with the addition of labor and employment partner Brent M. Douglas. Prior to joining Hahn Loeser, Douglas was a partner at Martenson Hasbrouck & Simon.

Douglas provides both employment compliance and litigation support to businesses and will focus his practice on wrongful termination, harassment, wage-and-hour claims, as well as breach-of-contract, partnership, and general business litigation. His clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small startups.

 

Additionally, Douglas conducts in-person workplace investigations and trains management on policies regarding non-discrimination, non-harassment and anti-bullying.  He also offers advice on restrictive covenants, non-disclosure/proprietary information agreements, and trade secret misappropriations.

 

Douglas received his J.D. from Emory University School of Law in 2009, where he was named “Most Outstanding Student” and delivered the commencement address. He received his B.A. in 2002 from Washington University in St. Louis. Douglas was named a Rising Star, Southern California Super Lawyers®, 2018 – 2020.

 

Douglas is the Past President of the San Diego County Bar Foundation, a board member of the New Children’s Museum and the San Diego Century Club. He is also a coach for the Special Olympics of Southern California.
