Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the premier provider of legal services to technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises worldwide, announced today that Robert (Rob) L. Wernli, Jr. has joined the firm as a corporate partner in the San Diego office. His addition bolsters Wilson Sonsini’s public company and transactional experience. Previously, Wernli joined law firm Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton in its San Diego office in 2012 as a special counsel and became partner there in 2018.
