Perkins Coie is pleased to announce that Eudeen Chang has joined the Commercial Litigation practice as a partner in the firm’s San Diego office. Eudeen joins from Troutman Pepper, where he represented high net worth individuals and Chinese companies in their U.S. investments.
Eudeen litigates disputes in the real estate, hospitality, employment, investment, and construction industries, with a focus on representing Chinese construction and real estate development companies. Eudeen provides effective litigation counsel with respect to pre-suit legal strategy, trial, post-judgment, and appeal.

In addition to helping his clients navigate diverse litigation challenges, Eudeen also advises on real estate transactions and joint ventures, as well as corporate formation, structure, and governance issues for clients.

Eudeen earned his J.D. from the University of California, Los Angeles School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of California Berkeley, with highest honors. He is fluent in Mandarin.
