Commercial trial lawyer Patrick M. Ryan has joined Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell LLP (JMBM) as a partner and will head the Firm’s Antitrust Practice Group. Previously with Morgan Lewis, Ryan has significant expertise in complex commercial litigation including antitrust, class action, intellectual property, anti-counterfeiting/supply chain, and constitutional matters.

Ryan represents clients across a myriad of industries, including global electronic manufacturers, global retailers, consumer electronics retailers, telecommunications companies, software developers, mortgage companies, health care institutions, and energy companies, among others.

Ryan received a J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School (1999) and a B.A. from the University of Arizona (1996) where he graduated magna cum laude, with honors. Ryan is also a former President of Lawyers’ Club of San Francisco.
