Lawyer M.J. Pritchett has taken a new job with Arent Fox in San Francisco.  The partner, who joins from Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, focuses his legal practice on Real Estate matters.  Pritchett has extensive experience in  acquisition, disposition, secured lending, public finance, leasing, and more.

“M.J. is one of the top real estate transaction lawyers in California and he will be a great addition to the San Francisco office,” said California Managing Partner Robert C. O’Brien. “He is well-versed in local Bay Area real estate deals and will provide clients in California with excellent legal service in one of the firm’s signature practice areas.”

The San Francisco office is new for Arent, having only opened in June.  It was initially staffed with five lawyers from the firm’s other offices.

Mr. Pritchett is a graduate of Brigham Young University and received his law degree from Cal Berkeley.
