Cooley LLP announced today it advised the underwriters in Zendesk, Inc.’s $115 million IPO. Zendesk is a San Francisco-based customer service platform designed to bring organizations and their customers closer together. The company now trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “ZEN.”
Goldman, Sachs & Co., Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Pacific Crest Securities LLC and Canaccord Genuity Inc. acted as co-managers for the offering.
