Loren Higgins has joined Holland & Knight as a partner in its West Coast Real Estate practice group. Ms. Higgins will reside in the firm’s San Francisco office. Previously, she was a partner at Winston & Strawn.
Ms. Higgins advises financial institutions in structuring and negotiating syndicated and bilateral credit facilities, with an emphasis on commercial real estate finance, agricultural lending and healthcare finance. Among her high-profile matters, she represented a syndicate of lenders in the $850 million financing of Levi’s Stadium, home of the San Francisco 49ers, in Santa Clara, Calif. Ms. Higgin’s clients include Capital One, American AgCredit and Wells Fargo.

Ms. Higgins received a J.D. degree cum laude from Harvard Law School and a B.A. degree summa cum laude from Washington and Lee University.
