Holland & Knight announced today that Ashley L. Shively has joined the firm as a partner in its West Coast Litigation Group. Ms. Shively, who will reside in the San Francisco office, previously was a partner at Reed Smith.
Ms. Shively represents financial institutions and businesses in consumer class and individual actions, including fair lending, privacy, credit reporting, debt collection, false advertising and unfair business practices. She also counsels fintech and other clients on compliance matters related to privacy issues and consumer protection.

Ms. Shively received a J.D. degree from the University of California Davis School of Law and M.A. and B.A. degrees from Johns Hopkins University.
