Leading international law firm McDermott Will & Emery today announced that transaction lawyer Peter Healy has joined the Corporate and Transactional practice as a partner based in San Francisco. Healy joins the McDermott from the San Francisco office of O’Melveny & Myers, LLP.

Peter represents issuers and underwriters in public offerings, going-private transactions, private placements and other capital market transactions. His practice also includes the representation of private equity firms, sovereign wealth funds and hedge funds in their investment activities.

Peter earned a BS from Santa Clara University, MBA from Cornell University and JD from University of California Hastings, College of Law. Peter joins McDermott from O’Melveny.
