Global law firm Hogan Lovells announced today the addition of environmental litigator Tom Boer to the firm’s Environment and Natural Resources practice in San Francisco. Boer, who joins the firm from Hunton Andrews Kurth, spent nearly a decade prosecuting environmental cases for the government before entering private practice.

As it executes on its expansion plans, Pillsbury has brought on two veteran insolvency and restructuring lawyers, Joshua Morse, who will join as a partner, and Jonathan Doolittle, who will join as senior counsel. Morse comes to Pillsbury from DLA Piper, while Doolittle is from Reed Smith. They will be resident in San Francisco.
Gregory Chin has joined Duane Morris LLP as a partner in the firm’s Corporate Practice Group in its San Francisco office. Prior to joining Duane Morris, Chin was a partner at Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C.
