Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati, the premier provider of legal services to technology, life sciences, and growth enterprises worldwide, announced today that Justina “Tina” Sessions has joined the firm as a partner in the San Francisco office. She will be a member of the antitrust practice. Prior to joining Wilson Sonsini, Sessions was a partner at trial litigation boutique Keker, Van Nest & Peters LLP in San Francisco, which she first joined as an associate in 2011, before being promoted to partner in 2018.

Earlier in her career, she clerked for the Honorable Mary Beck Briscoe, chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, from 2010 to 2011, and the Honorable Claire V. Eagan, chief judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma, from 2009 to 2010.
